TRUST

Compliance, consent and audit

TRUST traces consents, logs every decision and every access, and produces the reconstruction files an inspection asks for. Cross-cutting, present from day one.

What the module does

Each line describes a function by what it produces, never by the promise it carries.

  • Records and traces consents, by purpose and by data source.
  • Logs, append-only and cryptographically chained, every decision and every access to data.
  • Produces on demand the full reconstruction file for a given decision.
  • Applies configured retention periods and runs purges with proof.
  • Handles data subject rights requests.
  • Verifies the integrity of the audit chain and raises an alert if it is broken.

Six events from a fictional file

An audit trail is only useful if it can be opened. Choose an event: it states what, when, of what nature, where it came from and why it happened.

The starting point of all traceability: what came in, when, and by which route.

Twelve file fields, three of them flagged absent.
Day 0, at opening.
Data entry.
The institution's source system.
A credit application was filed.

What it never does

What a module refuses to do can be checked; what it promises to do well can only be argued. Its limits are therefore written next to its capabilities.

  • No application path, administrator included, allows an audit log entry to be changed or deleted.
  • Purging operational data never removes the decision trace, which is retained in minimised form.
  • Any access by a NEXCLARA operator to an institution's data is traced, justified and notifiable to the client.

What this changes

What having this module changes in the real work of a credit team.

Compliance cannot be retrofitted. An audit log added afterwards does not cover the decisions already taken — and those are precisely the ones an examiner will ask you to reconstruct.

DESKExplore the module

DESK is the single interface for handling an application, from entry to decision — including where no technical integration exists.

ADMIN is the console through which your teams create credit products and change rules, scorecards and thresholds — with no code, and without asking us.
