Hosting

The site is hosted by Scaleway, a company incorporated in France, in its Paris region. The host retains the technical logs described on the privacy page.

Intellectual property

NEXCLARA, and the names of the platform's modules, are trademarks whose registration is under way with the African Intellectual Property Organisation.

The texts, visual identity, diagrams and code of this site are the property of NEXCLARA. Reproduction, even partial, requires prior written permission.

The analyses published in the Resources section may be quoted freely, provided the source is named and a link to the original page is given.

Nature of the information published
