LINK converts any heterogeneous source into a single pivot model, with quality control on entry — and returns the decision to your systems along the same path, in reverse.
What the module does
Each line describes a function by what it produces, never by the promise it carries.
- Prioritised work list, filterable by status, product, amount and age.
- Entry adapted to the product, with your institution's own fields and a real-time completeness indicator.
- Decision screen: outcome, score and its scale, determining factors, confidence level, terms — without scrolling.
- Applicant history: previous decisions, score movement, credit outstanding.
- Record of the human decision, its author, and the grounds whenever it departs from the recommendation.
Six moments in a file, from intake to follow-up
Choose a stage. Each answers the same four questions: what it is for, what it needs, who is involved, what it decides — and what trace it leaves.
The file arrives, whatever its route. This is the moment when one knows what one has, and above all what one does not.
- Assemble a workable, dated file.
- Applicant identity, purpose and amount, documents supplied.
- Relationship manager, or source system.
- No credit decision: admissibility only.
- Date of receipt, list of documents received and missing.
What it never does
What a module refuses to do can be checked; what it promises to do well can only be argued. Its limits are therefore written next to its capabilities.
- An analyst can never change a policy parameter from DESK. The separation of roles is structural, not contractual.
- Any departure from the recommendation requires written grounds, recorded and statistically usable.
- The interface stays usable on a constrained connection: progressive loading, no dependency on high bandwidth.
What this changes
What having this module changes in the real work of a credit team.
The decision screen is where adoption is won or lost. It presents the outcome, the score, the determining factors and the confidence level in that order, without scrolling. A score whose explanation takes a click is a score people end up ignoring.
