NEXCLARA

What this site allows

These terms govern the use of this public site. They do not govern the NEXCLARA platform, whose use is set by the contract between the client institution and NEXCLARA.

What this site allows

What this site is, and what it is not

This site presents the NEXCLARA platform, its modules, its deployment modes and its public pricing. It gives access to no application: there is no account, no client area, no sign-in.

An estimate produced here applies the public price list to the parameters you enter. It documents that list; it is not a quotation and commits no price.

Nothing published on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting or financial advice. Regulatory references are cited for information, with their source.

Expected use

The site is freely readable, with no registration and no access condition. Reading it, printing it and sharing its addresses are free.

Three uses are excluded, because they degrade the service for other visitors: automated submission of the forms, bulk extraction of the pages for republication, and any attempt against the availability or integrity of the service.

The forms, and the limits that apply to everyone

This site has two forms: a contact request and a pricing estimate request. They are meant for genuine professional enquiries, sent by an institution or on its behalf.

Two limits apply identically to every caller: five requests per quarter hour, and an identical request repeated within ten minutes is recognised as a duplicate. They are relaxed for no one, not even for an internal check.

Some enquiry topics require a professional address. This is not a commercial preference: an integration or pricing enquiry calls for an answer addressed to an identifiable institution, not to an anonymous address. Topics without that requirement say so on screen.

Availability and changes to these pages

This site is published as is, with no availability commitment. Maintenance, a hosting incident or a release may interrupt it without notice.

Its content changes: the public price list, the module descriptions and the analyses may be modified at any time. The version that applies is the one displayed when you read it.

Intellectual property

The intellectual property rules that apply to this site — trade marks, texts, visual identity, code — are set out in the legal notice, together with the conditions under which the published analyses may be quoted.

Reporting an error or a vulnerability

An inaccuracy, a broken link or an accessibility defect should be reported to legal@nexclara.com, or through the “Legal” topic of the contact form.

A security vulnerability should be reported to security@nexclara.com. That address also appears in the /.well-known/security.txt file of this domain, where a researcher looks for it.
